ENERGOS
The Energos pane contains the Energos parameters for the door. We will look at some of the key features of the Energos pane, but for a full breakdown of all its fields, please visit the Help page.
Key Features
Note: The Energos feature is only available in Vectorworks Architect and Design Suite.
Include in calculations: Check to include the door in the Energos calculations. The door can be included via the Energos dialogue, too, but only when this parameter is not locked 'by style'.
R-Value: Here, you can choose Automatic Calculation or Manual Input methods to enter R-value data. You can also adjust the Door Type or click Edit List and create a custom one.
Shading: Often overlooked when doing Energos calculations, shading and summer ventilation inputs can be made here.
