Design Layer Viewport Referencing

Design Layer Viewport Referencing works by creating a viewport which looks from the target file to a source file (or files). For example, if you were designing a residential street, several people could be working on different house types to be used in the street. There would then be the street itself in a separate file, referencing all these house types into one master document which can also be worked on by another person.
