Technical knowledge and customer support will play a large role in the Technical Support Specialist position at Vectorworks. This assessment will test your general technical knowledge.  It will also test your ability to research terms and concepts from an industry that you may not be familiar with.


The assessment consists of 19 questions, some ask about general technical concepts and others refer to Vectorworks technical concepts. Please use your best judgement to answer the questions.



The assessment should be completed in under 45 minutes
