This course is aimed at salespeople within Vectorworks and the wider Distributor community. Discovery calls usually take place after a trial licence request from a prospect. But any call to follow up a lead requires discovery. A call following a lead who has handed over their details to us somehow is warm call, as the prospect has already done some research and decided they want a closer look. This is our opportunity to ensure we fully understand their needs, build trust, and position Vectorworks to be their solution of choice.
